Your XBACK brace is warranted to be free of defects in both material and workmanship at the time of purchase. The brace is warranted for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase from XBack. This written warranty is given in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied including warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose or use.
